I received the invoice via WhatsApp, requested an email confirmation before paying via Mukuru, and everything was handled professionally. I also paid a cash deposit for an easy refund. I booked an X-Trail but was pleasantly upgraded to a newer, more comfortable Toyota Hilux at no extra cost when I arrived in Harare. The airport pickup was seamless and the upgrade made the trip even better. Karen was helpful and professional throughout. Honest clearly explained the simple & transparent contract, and refunded my full deposit within seconds.
