What is a Damage Waiver Cover?
Standard rentals include basic insurance coverage, but you remain financially responsible for the deductible (excess) if the vehicle is damaged or stolen.
Standard Insurance Coverage:
Partial Damage: You are responsible for a 10% excess fee (insurance covers 90%).
Total Loss or Theft: You are responsible for a 3% excess fee (insurance covers 97%).
The Loss Damage Waiver (LDW): For a small daily fee, you can upgrade to our Loss Damage Waiver to eliminate all financial risk. This option removes your liability entirely, reducing your excess to zero in the event of damage, theft, or total loss.
